Veterans Serving Veterans

As a veteran-owned and operated company, we understand the unique needs and level of service our veterans deserve. Many of our agents have served in the military or supported military spouses, giving us firsthand insight into how to best serve those who’ve served our country.

Peter Levinson - USMC

Owner/Broker

I joined the Marine Corps at 17 and worked my way up to Sergeant. The leadership, mindset, and values I learned in the Corps have shaped everything I do today. As a former Marine, I use that experience to guide my agents and make sure we’re always prepared to serve our veteran clients the right way. We know the ins and outs of the benefits veterans have earned, what they need, and how to help them navigate buying or selling a home with confidence.
I’m proud to lead the amazing team at LRE Realty, and especially honored to introduce you to some of the standout agents in our brokerage. It’s a privilege to highlight the incredible people who help make our mission possible every day.

Jeff Bottoms - Navy

With 28 years of honorable service in the United States Navy, I bring a strong foundation of discipline, integrity, and leadership to every real estate transaction. After retiring from the military, I transitioned into real estate and have spent the last 6 years helping clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home.

My military background instilled in me a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a drive to go above and beyond for those I serve. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or fellow veterans, I pride myself on delivering honest advice, responsive communication, and results-driven service.

As a real estate agent, I specialize in VA loans, relocations, residential sales, creative financing and I understand the unique needs of military families and those facing major life transitions. My mission now is to serve my clients with the same dedication I showed in uniform—always with integrity, respect, and a can-do attitude.

Dirk Mathews - Army

I grew up on a small ranch in Wyoming and learned the value of hard work at an early age. As a kid, I loved watching Army movies and was always playing G.I. Joes with my father. My family has a long-standing tradition of serving in the military. 3 of my close family members had served; 2 of them were in WWII and one served in Korea. So, I’ve spent my whole life surrounded by Veterans and have a healthy respect for what it takes to protect our country.

I joined the Army Reserves in 2006. During basic training, I realized that I loved the work and had a natural inclination towards leadership. In 2009, I was deployed to Iraq with the 910th QM CO. I earned my Sergeant stripes when we landed in Kuwait en route to Iraq. During the year we were deployed to Iraq, I lead a squad of amazing Soldiers to multiple bases to help with the "draw-down" operations. These operations put millions of dollars of equipment back into the logistical system; saving tax-payers from paying for equipment that we already had in Theater. During this time I earned multiple Army Achievement medals, a Good Conduct medal, and an Army Commendation medal for my service. I spent a total of 6 years in Reserves, plus 2 years in the IRR.

The skills I learned during my military service have shown me that I can do anything I set my mind to, that I am naturally inclined toward leadership, and that I am willing to take risks and take charge when needed. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve my country. Today, my highest calling is to help other Veterans achieve homeownership, and assist them in building their long-term wealth through real estate.

Jacob Kaplan - Navy

From Howell, New Jersey. Joined the Navy April, 2016. Served 8 years as an aviation electricians mate. Completed two deployments, one on an aircraft carrier, the other on a supply ship. Met my wife in Nevada, who currently serves in the Navy. Moved to Oklahoma City because my wife got orders to Tinker.

Started the Skill bridge program at LRE Realty in May of 2024. Got my real estate license in July of 2024 and love being a real estate agent! LRE is the place to be!

I loved serving my country, now I love serving people in their real estate journeys
