Splits and Fee's?
For individual agents: $14,000 Cap at an 80/20 split and a $25 fee transaction for insuance and review.
- No monthly fees
- No cap for personal transactions
- No cap on out of state referrals
We are not the most expensive brokerage, but are also not the cheapest. If you are looking for the cheapest way to run your business regardless of value or culture, we are not the brokerage for you.

Every week we have at least three classes or meetings you can join.
Our classes are only taught by agents that actually are doing the work at a high level. And most of our weekly Lunch-and-Learns qualify for C.E

What I hear most when I am interviewing experienced agents is, "I need a Broker I can get ahold of. If I'm calling my Broker at 7pm, it's because i have a problem".
